Support Arabic language in Alert Box!

You must make Alert Box support Arabic language as soon as possible since there are lots of Arabic people with Arabic fans using it, it's so important.

CAMERA SHAKE!!!

Add a filter to the camera to if we get a sub or alert that we choose we could shake the camera sort of like the emotes flying everywhere make the camera shake or pulse to hype up the chat
