Add a min amount for donation ticker

I think if there was a setting for a min amount to be on a donation ticker would be nice since I'm starting to get alot of 1$ donations...

I would like to see a way to add a custom message in the Donations Ticker. People like myself don't use a fancy overlay to include things like our Twitter/Facebook/YouTube, so the option to use the Donations ticker for something along these lines...
