StreamBoss Overheal

If you're current boss with 100/100 health and cheer another 200 (where cheers are 1:1), boss health will overheal to 300 health, or if you're 50/100 you'll heal 50 and go up to 250. Have had numerous requests from viewers for this feature.

Streamboss should take more damage for Tier 2-3 subs

Hello Streamlabs, It would be cool if you could customize the amount of damage the boss takes after a tier 2 or tier 3 sub. Now they just count for the same and it doesn't feel right to me. Thank you!
