add UVC support in BitStream: Live streaming

Hi I could like to connect my DV to my phone by using UVC capture device, the BitStream is a great APP, but could not choose the UVC, I hope I could use it at feature.

Gaming stream on android 4.4.x

I would LOVE this app if you could stream your screen not just the camera! And it would require root on android 4.4.2 cuz I have root, but with gusher I can stream only 5 mins on android 4.4!

IRL Streaming Vertical/Horizontal/Camera Transform Feature

Just a suggestion but it would be amazing if there was an option to flip the camera vertically/horizontally for IRL streaming. I would also suggest being able to stretch out the camera/transform it.

stream skipping

my streams keep skipping. idk if its a bad internet connection on my part or what. my twitch handle is sloppyoctopus1. you can see in my latest VOD that it keeps skipping. ill continue to do more tests

Change stop button position on chatheads

The stop button on the chatheads is in a terrible position, it disrupts chat reading, it would be better if were at the top, next to the purple button of Twitch, just like the Facebook Messenger app.
