Make Cloudbot an automatic tier 3 sub to channel so it can use emotes in commands

Make the Cloudbot an automatic tier 3 sub so when you use commands with your emotes, they will display. It's nice to be able to have that feature through some other bots.

Chatbot implemented on StreamLabs OBS

I would love to have chatbot settings and that stuff included on StreamLabs OBS, a lot more people would use it because it's one software only to do everything. Think about it! Sorry for my english btw ;)
