Add new thread colors to the hat embroidery selection

More color variations match more streamers' logos, allowing for more of them to benefit from the addition to the merchandise store.

Discount for subs

It would great if Subs can get a discount for the merch store, and the higher the sub tier is, the more of a discount does that person get. And of course, the seller can select how much each discount is gonna be.
