Alert when users redeem a reward

When someone redeems a reward, it should show a alert on stream to let the streamer know.

    I agree. I had someone use a reward to ask a Question, but because I can't see the Streamlabs App/Dashboard I didn't see it happen. I already have a ton of things open and I shouldn't have to have yet another open when I only have a one screen setup. A sound would help so I can either spot it in the stream itself or check it in the chat like I do for other things.

    Totally agree, I hate when someone use their points and I did not notice it cause I'm busy with the game or other stuff. An alert like a follow or sub would be perfect or at least let us put a sound on it.

    Please Please Please fix this even if its another browser capture it would help so much. I also didn't notice til stream was over and got asked why i never answered the question.

    I don't think they would need yet another widget for this. I t should be easy enough to add it to the existing alertbox,  widget with a customization section for "Rewards", and have all the normal functions for variations, This would mean it uses your image and sound library to set up variations based on each of the rewards you have.

    Though a bunch of the stuff should come from inside the Loyalty control panel to make sure someone doesn't custom HTML/CSS something so you can't tell what was redeemed as a loyalty reward.

    That being said, for most things it should probably make the streamer still check the rewards section ont he dashbaord to find out what "info" if you set a reward that requires details, as in the rewards the example is "t-shirt size" or whatever. so he streamer will have the info later to check and not have to rush to see what the alert said on screen.

    Alert then is something like:

    <your image>
    {name} just redeemed {reward}

    (sound plays)

    then you check your SL dashboard to find out all those other details about the reward is it has any, like the question asked, what the twitter to follow is, or whatever other default rewards or ideas streamers have for a reward that needs more details. :)

    as much as i like user control and all the knobs, dials and sliders that give more options, may sound weird, but i think the Reward alert should NOT have customization of HTML/CSS/JS, just the base variations... otherwise people could pretty much write their own games into the JS of the alert to play with points from rewards and just spam them all over streams and ruin stream with too many alerts popping up from rewards.

    I've missed so many redemptions just because there's no alert system and stream was exceptionally busy. Alert customization is a MUST!

    Toggle button on Reward to turn on Alert does NOT show when creating the Alert, you have to go BACK to the main alert selection window and choose EDIT for the toggle to show up to set the alert options.

    Either a bug when initially creating the rewards, or just a little guide to let people that view this know HOW to turn the alert on after creating a custom Loyalty Extension reward.

    Now the only question is, does this alert show in the AlertBox 3.1 since there is no test button there and the options for the widget don't have a Checkbox to enable/disable Rewards and the widget link only has:

    is it missing a &rewards=1 in the code providing people the link with deselected alert types for the rewards?

    I know sounds silly to make Reward Alerts, and then disable them; but some people have certain alerts in various places around their overlay. So they have multiple instances of AlertBox 3.1 on their overlay, and need to be able to prevent the rewards from appearing in the wrong place designated for "Donations/Tops only" in their overlay if they so choose, IF the reward alerts come through AlertBox 3.1 and not through the Loyalty Extension itself that is.

    Another great fast implementation considering TwitchCon is right around the corner, to make the best Twitch Extension there is from the SL Loyalty Extension collection (including the leaderboard panel).

    This is my most wanted feature right now about the loyalty system. That would be awesome.

    Thank you!

    I too agree I was streaming last night and a regular of my channel had redeems 2 things and I didn't know it until he said hew there is something wrong I just redeemed points but nothing happened I felt bad cause I didn't have the streamlabs app open or have an alert go off saying someone had redeemed something. I felt bad as a streamer cause I like doing things for my viewers that's why we all strive to be better each time. PLEASE add an alert

    Agreed! Same thing happened to me yesterday, three redemptions, no alert. I see there is a checkbox for it in the AlertBox already, and it is checked to true, but it doesn't work. Please implement ^_^

    Also bumping this! We NEED this alert in order to utilize points/redemptions correctly.

    I'm not sure if this is fixed yet or not, but I want to say that if it isn't, I would love to have a working alert that shows up, whether it's a browser source or not, when someone redeems their points for a reward. I have had lots of trouble with this, and would love it if I could see it pop up instead of having to make the person tell me when they redeemed something.
