Add Hosts and more to End Credits!

Hi! Could you please add some more fields to the awesome new End Credits feature? Hosts and raids can boost a stream just as much as followers, donations, and bits do - some of us also have Patrons we'd like to credit. It would be great to have 2-3 more fields we could customise. Thank you!

    YES! Hosts and raids are so important to streams. Also the option to remove our bots as mods :) PLEASE!!
