IOS - Enable Text To Speech alerts through speaker \ enable input from bluetooth microphone

Right now android users can get audible text to speech alerts through Streamlabs mobile but IOS users cannot. I have gotten conflicting info about whether or not this is a planned feature for Streamlabs IOS but it is definitely a necessary one. Please also enable input from (and output to) bluetooth.
