Reset/edit hours viewed

After uploading my currency and hours to the extension the hours have all screwed up. It says I've watched my stream for 3,723 hours when I've only streamed for just under 600. Other viewers have sky rocketed from 99 hours watched to around 500 hours. This completely has ruined the rankings I have in the chat bot.

We need an ability to be able edit this.

Crazy, already two years gone since the start of this idea / request about the hours viewed. Maybe someday it will be taken care off. Until that I will use the phantom bot.

This issue persists, and frankly it deters me (and others, I'm sure) from using the extension or any of its features at all. This is a major issue that effects chat rank too much to be ignored and effectively forces us to find alternate solutions in other chatbot service providers and their extensions. Streamlabs, please address this issue already. It's been over a year.

Please streamlabs! This is one of the few limitations of an otherwise immaculate streaming system! Please please fix this!

Also the ability to block users from gaining hours altogether is extremely needed since i don't wan't my bots to gain levels and rank up. This because i'm using a script that announces when a user's rank changes.

This is really needed, there's no point in using the $tophours parameter when it just shows me and all the bots in the top places. Meaning that you can't really have a toplist of hours spent in chat.

WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING. ITS BEEN A YEAR. And instead of bugfixing they implement Facebook Livestream integration and Livemasks... *slowclap* Making us look like such fools. And this is supposed to be the "best platform". Please; someone! Compete!

whats the point of displaying top 5 hours, when myself, my bot, and some random 'plezComeFollowMeh' or whatever name they're going by, are in positions 1,2,3, respectively?

I'm also putting in my 2 cents. I use the Extension for points and Chatbot for chat, but I'm wanting the reset in the new year to swap to the built in Chatbot one. However I'm really scared everyone will lose their view time, which is the way more important thing. Having an edit feature would solve this as I could note everyone down and give them their time back.

Even if they don't lose it from me swapping, I feel like this is an essential feature for when our tracking systems let us down. Sometimes they crash and miss things.

Any news yet? Hope @streamlabs will do this maybe next year. At the moment I am back to the Phantombot because of this tiny issue.

When viewers change their Twitch handle, they lose their hours. Please let us edit hours watched.
