Disclaimer warning donation confirmation

For donation pages, since so many streamers are victims of false chargebacks and usually lose, to help support their case have a warning/disclaimer that comes up before they hit confirm much like streamtips does (see attached image). It may not necessarily stop the chargebacks from being attempted, but it's an extra layer of protection

By using our website and any donation pages they are agreeing to our terms of service.

As mentioned, this does not necessarily stop chargebacks from happening but it is noted in our terms of service and by pressing "donate/tip" they are also confirming they are the holder of the card and agree that all "donations" or "tips" are non-refundable.

I understand that and know it wouldn't necessarily stop them, however, people who are donating VERY rarely read the ToS, and this would be a pop up as a final warning. It's not so much to stop chargebacks, as people will still try it regardless as they have many times but the problem is there's never enough evidence for the victim of false chargebacks and PayPal usually go in favour of the claimant and not the streamer. Perhaps with a blatant warning like the example shown, it would swing things into the victim's favour and prevent what is basically fraud.
