Add viewer count for YouTube and Twitch.

It Would be useful mostly because I've been looking for ways to see the viewers in the stream, but I have found nothing.

This is released and in the widget section. It supports viewer count for Twitch,YouTube,Mixer.

(Facebook whenever they provide the tools to grab this correctly)

U can use my BrowserSource Link :

    https://www.craft-my-life.de/twitch/?channel=(Your ChannelName here)&key=viewers

So u get a Number, this can you style with css in BrowserSource on OBS.

Xsplit shows on the top bar, restream.io shows on top of chat, and scorpbot shows as well.

Yeah it would be nice to have everything in one and not "have open" a thousand tabs or desktop applications. I like this idea.

The problem is, even if SL adds a viewercount, it will have to be another thing on stream because not everyone using Tip Jar, Alert Box, etc will want the viewercount just sitting there.. so the idea to grab the viewer count through TwitchAPI is the simplest using whatever site you choose to provide it. Doesn't Twitch dashboard already show this? what more do you need to show just the number? I have already developed an image swapper based on viewer count for an OBS widget, but how often would you need such a thing? at least on Twitch a rule of thumb don't watch your viewer count, just treat every viewer like they are important.

Though it wouldn't be hard for SL to just have a viewer count link so you can pull it from SL or better yet Streamlabels so you can just load the number of current viewers, maybe it could also store most viewers per stream, concurrent viewers etc in those files Streamlabels makes. Then people can check or show them in whatever broadcasting software they use, however they wish to display the viewer count numbers?

True that you can just do a popout on the dashboard for chat and you can see the viewer count. I think what they are asking for though is being able to see active viewer counts while streaming. I mean it's not super important. You can see this on the browser sight. and you can do a browser source plug in, then just crop it down if you want to see your view count. So in all actuality it might not be necessarily a time worthy project seperate from what is already there.
