Allow streamers to add bits people cheered just like donations because stream lables misses some cheers sometimes and it is inaccurate
The dashboard has been inaccurate. My total bits earned is off by 1191 bits out of 129191. It shows 128000. I have to manually keep a record of all cheers now because I can not update it in streamlabs.
